The units are airy, beautifully decorated with great extra touches. The location is central.

Great food and complimentary drinks. Nicely furnished rooms with all the necessary facilities and coffee, comfy beds.

The place was fantastic, it worked for me. The breakfast was delicious and gorgeous and well presented with great options.

The room is high-class and stocked with very good access to chester town breakfast.

The rooms were brand-new and extremely pleasant with en suite bathroom. Our accommodation was set in a central location very close to Chester Zoo, Liverpool and the zoo, town center, aquarium and designer outlet all of which the staff pointed out.

The hotel has beautifully decorated and brand-new rooms with good quality bedding. The airport is 20 km away, easy to get to.

The breakfast was delicious with great options, the food was outstanding. Perfect central location short walk to the garden, the chinese restaurant, and local pubs close by. Also, we were 3 km from our favourite spot Newgate.

View was wonderful, breakfast was incredible, and beds were lovely. We booked double room for 2 nights and had a fairly nice stay. The hotel's position was particularly good, adjacent to the trains, the restaurant and an enchanting old church. Besides, the property was 2 km away from St Columba's Church.

Everything was simply first-class. Liked my very lovely stay with excellent service and standards. The location was excellent for visiting restaurants and pubs near the hotel. All the staff was wonderfully friendly and efficient, tackled my issues.

Some people working there were a little noisy.

The breakfast looked lovely and fantastic, with Hollandaise sauce, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it.

Perfectly clean and delightful place with very welcoming and really friendly staff. Lots of high quality food at breakfast time. Simply nothing too much trouble, really really nice stay.

The hotel has extremely pleasant and nicely furnished rooms complete with the heating, lit up mirror plus comfertable beds. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient.

The rooms are fantastic and look amazing, complete with an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The location is incredible, just 3 km away from Chester Roman Gardens. It is situated in a charming area close to a bus stop that connects to the Train station, the Cheshire Oaks retail park, and Chester Zoo. The service is top-notch and they provide ample parking.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other small hotels. Had high standard room with fridge, an extra bed, as for instance for a very lovely stay. This accommodation was in the central location in easy walking distance from the station.
